Fruit Crumble


Serves 6

Crumble:
225g/8oz plain flour
115g/4oz butter (slightly melted)
90g/3oz brown sugar
pinch of salt
Fruit:
455g/1lb fruit, washed and prepared
3 tablespoons of sugar

1 Just stick all the crumble ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand until they resemble fine breadcrumbs

2 Put the fruit into a shallow ovenproof serving dish and sprinkle with the sugar. Spread the crumble mix over the prepared fruit.

3 Give the dish a shake and bake it in the oven at about 200C/400F for about 30 mins or until the top is evenly golden.
