Ingredients
20ml fresh pineapple juice
50ml gold rum
15ml banana liqueur
15ml coconut syrup
½ ripe banana
4 chunks fresh pineapple
slice banana, to garnish
Preparation method
Blend the ingredients with a handful of ice in a blender until smooth.
Pour the cocktail into a large wine glass and garnish with the banana slice.
